Delivery is free of charge for all orders.
Delivery
methods
Orders are usually dispatched via the Royal Mail and MAY
require a signature upon receipt.
If a signature is required
but no one is available to sign for the delivery, a card
will be left at the delivery address and the item may then
be picked up from your local Royal Mail depot or you can
request a re-delivery on a convenient date. When picking
up mail, please take an item of I.D. along with you for verification
of identity.
Once your order has been despatched,
Royal Mail deliveries usually arrive within 2 working days
but please allow 5 working days, especially during busy postal
periods or for deliveries to remote areas (e.g. Shetland
Isles).
In exceptional circumstances we reserve
the right to use alternative methods of shipment.
Delivery times
Delivery
times are from Monday to Saturday, usually between 8.00am
and 12 noon.
Delivery addresses
Goods
can only be delivered to the cardholders address or a
verifiable place of work. If a work delivery is required then you MUST supply
the company name and address in the work delivery section at the time of ordering.
Failure to supply a company name or valid address will result in the package
being sent to the registered card address by default.
UK orders only
Please note that, currently, we only ship goods within the
UK (including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isles of
Scilly, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands and Outer Hebrides).
Orders for customers outside the UK will not be processed.
Order processing
We endeavour to process and
despatch all orders within 5
working days, subject to stock status and availability.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday 9.00AM to 5.00PM. We
do not process orders during weekends or Bank Holidays.
Out of stock items
Any items out of stock items will be placed on back order
and we will contact you as soon as possible by email to advise
of the delay, provide an estimated delivery date if available
and offer you the opportunity to cancel your order.
